Remodel Part 2!!

Remodel & What we're looking at...

Here are a couple pictures of the remodel...I haven't gotten the chance to get into the room to take pictures but here are some that David took the other day at the start...and here are also some pictures of the house and the land that we are considering purchasing. They are almost done and just need 1 more day!!

March for Babies!!

First of all I want to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! to everyone that donated and sponsored our walk. It was a wonderful morning to walk there was hardly any sun and it was slightly overcast with plenty of breeze. The walk was actually alot of fun. We had David & Jomi and Norma and the kids!! I think that David & Louie certainly had the most fun out of our entire group. Also I almost forgot David's friend Emily and her mom also came out in support and walked. Louie and David RACED each other...Louie would run and say "David I race you" and when he was ready to take a break he would say "OK lets break" then go back to "let's race". Its amazing how much energy a 3 yr old had. I took the pictures with my cell phone so they aren't the greatest but I certainly think some are cute!

Tonight we're planning on hanging out with our friend Finke. Last night we played tennis with my nieces and Tim. It seems like we have gotten lots of exercise already this weekend. Well I am looking forward to the rest of our weekend. I will post the pictures of the house we are looking into getting later today or tomorrow.

I love this picture of David as Mr. Mom....he'll be great at pushing the stroller one day!!

2 more days before the March for Babies!!

We are excited about the March!! We have our order in for t-shirts which will have Clara's footprints on the back of them with Angel wings. We are also gearing up for our new bedroom remodel. Yet at the same time looking into getting a new house and living in a new neighborhood!! I'll have more pictures up soon!!

I didn't get a chance to go to my Fit Camp graduation this morning because I was met at the door by a giant Pitbull that was not a happy camper and he or she didn't want to leave our porch thus I was not about to make a run for it and get chased or bitten on the way to the car!! Tomorrow is our offical last workout....but in one week I should be joining the Walk camp...its a low impact class targeted at toning and sculpting!! Gotta get ready for the wedding!

Weeds Weeds and More Weeds!!

We spent the weekend just relaxing. We intended to go to church but we were just exhausted sadly from what seemed like nothing. We watched Marley & Me and The Day the Earth Stood Still which by the way when someone has been thru what we have...Marley & Me is a horrible MOVIE!! lol...Don't take me without that scene in the movie it is a good movie...Sad if you are a pet lover but good. We also picked weeds for 4 hrs at Davids parents house...wow neither of us are truly MANUAL labor people...me especially. Sadly I now have crisscross marks across my back in sunburn. We are getting ready for our kitchen remodel this coming weekend and walking in the March of Babies!!! Below are some picutres of our fun time pulling weeds...which I think our bodies will be recovering from for a couple days...I know mine for sure will. I had my PT test this morning and lets just say its hard to run when your body is that sore!!

Overtime!!

Wow...it feels like David and I never leave BCBS...I think for the past 3 or 4 weekends every other weekend we've been working you'd think we were banking lol..to bad its all mandatory!! We worked this morning 7 am to Noon and are happy to be done!! David & Tim are working on the car..I'll be out there later to take pictures of them at work...lol..and then Im off to my sisters to help her prepare for Fat Louie's BDAY!! Yes our little buddy is finally 3 years old!! Its amazing how time flys...I talked to my sister this week and Maddie registered for Kindergarten!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT Kindergarten!! I still rememeber bottle feeding while David & I had lunch together at the resturant...those were the days I tell ya! We don't have many plans for the weekend other than trying to rest and for David working the soreness out of his legs!! We have Louie's party tonight and then at some other point watching Marley & Me. I also need to go to a bookstore and buy a wedding planning book otherwise I might just be taking stabs in the dark at what I really want or need to have done in the next 6 months!! I'd also like to get some workout time in this weekend..I've got my last week of Fit Camp coming up and I hope I improve my PT testing times and #'s...

Wow the Confetti!!

First of all Happy Easter Everyone!! Easter this year was pretty fun and exciting!! We went to church yesterday morning and then lunch with my sisters family. It was nice to just come home and relax after that until my dad's birthday & Easter festivities began! We went to a park to confetti Egg people...Saturday we also had Shelly's family come over to do their Easter Egg hunt with about 100 or so eggs. We also took Clara her Easter Basket!! David said Im crazy for this but someone at the cemetary has solar lights and I am now determined to get Clara solar lights!!

Fair Flop...

Well..I woke up at my usual 4 am & went to camp...came home slept about 2 hrs and got ready for the job fair. I have to say I was not impressed by the school selections..last years seemed better. After talking to some friends I was not the only person disappointed and left feeling as if I'd gotten no where but I did turn in my AISD application so they said call back in 8 to 10 days for your interview time! That was certainly a plus to the day. After it was nice to just come home and relax w David & Zoe. My plans are to take some pictures of the mustang tomorrow and post so everyone can see his progress!

Job Fair!

Yikes! Tomorrow is the Tri-University Job Fair...this is one of those make it or break it moments...There are school districts across Texas that will be gunning for new teachers...I hope Im one of those lucky ones! Well wish me luck...Im gonna say a prayer before I walk in...cause its all in Gods hands! and also Im dropping off my AISD application ..yes I finally finished it *-(

Fit Camp 1st Weigh In!!

Well today was the offical 3 week weigh in. I lost 1 lb, 1.5% body fat, increased my % water, increased my Muscle Mass by .8 and decreased my Viscelar Fat by 1 lb!! I was alittle discouraged by the 1 lb in 3 weeks but then again...I did lose body fat and gained muscle so I am happy with that. David & I have a competition going to see who will lose the most weight...at my rate...hmm....he hasn't had a weigh in this week yet but Im thinking its his turn tomorrow...LOL!!
